About
Softened by Light
Shaped by Feeling
I create portraits in landscapes that begin with something very simple: a photograph and a feeling. From there, I digitally paint each piece to mimic the softness and fluidity of watercolor, allowing color and light to gently flow across the image. My work lives in that quiet space between realism and dream, where familiar faces and places are softened into something more meditative.
Calm, peace, and a zen-like stillness are at the heart of everything I make. I’m drawn to scenes and expressions that feel gentle, grounded, and unhurried—moments where time seems to slow down just enough to notice the breath, the light, and the subtle energy of a place. By pairing portraits with natural or serene landscapes, I aim to reflect the inner world of the subject as much as their outward appearance.
Working digitally gives me the freedom to blend photographic detail with painterly texture. I build each piece in careful layers, softening edges, adjusting color harmonies, and introducing delicate washes that echo traditional watercolor. This process lets me preserve the emotional truth of the original photograph while transforming it into something more atmospheric and intentionally composed.
Ultimately, my goal is to create artwork that doesn’t just decorate a room, but gently transforms it. I want my pieces to act as visual reminders to slow down, come back to the present moment, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. Whether a viewer is drawn to the serene expression in a portrait or the tranquil mood of the surrounding landscape, my hope is that they leave the encounter feeling just a little more calm and centered than before.
Behind Every
Art
My journey has always lived at the intersection of structure and softness.
I began my path studying Architecture, where I learned to see the world through lines, balance, and intentional space. In architecture, every detail matters—how light enters a room, how a structure feels, how a space can influence emotion. It was there that I first fell in love with watercolor—not just as an art form, but as a way to bring designs to life with warmth, depth, and feeling.
Watercolor was never just technique to me.
It was emotion layered gently onto structure.
But life led me down a different path.
For over eight years, I worked as a caregiver, supporting individuals through some of the most vulnerable and meaningful moments of their lives. In those quiet, deeply human experiences, I learned something architecture alone could not teach me that true comfort is not just built… it is felt.
I saw how a simple photograph, a familiar image, or a peaceful space could bring calm, memory, and even healing. And somewhere in that journey, something within me called me back to create.
I realized I didn’t have to choose between structure and emotion— I could bring them together.
Today, my work blends my foundation in architecture, my love for watercolor presentation techniques, and my heart as a caregiver.
I transform photographs into soft, calming watercolor artwork—pieces that are not only visually beautiful, but deeply meaningful. Each creation is intentional, designed to evoke peace, preserve memories, and bring a sense of quiet presence into everyday spaces.
I am not simply creating art. I am creating experiences.
Spaces that feel softer. Memories that feel closer. Moments that feel held.
Because I believe, just like a well-designed space, art has the power to transform how we feel within it.
And just like care, it has the power to heal.

Turn Your Memories
Into Art
Every meaningful photograph holds a story, a feeling, and a moment worth remembering. Through my digital watercolor process, I transform personal memories into soft, expressive artwork designed to bring warmth, calm, and emotion into your space. Each piece is carefully created with delicate layers of color, gentle textures, and flowing light to capture not only how a moment looked, but how it felt.
Whether it’s a cherished portrait, a peaceful travel memory, or a landscape connected to someone special, my goal is to create artwork that feels timeless and deeply personal. I blend realistic detail with painterly softness, allowing every composition to feel serene, atmospheric, and emotionally connected. The result is artwork that goes beyond decoration and becomes a meaningful part of your home.
